Fabrik (re)Drive Eco-Friendly Hard Drive

Introducing SimpleTech [re]drive, the external hard drive that is energy-efficient and resource-conscious. Since eco-friendly is what’s in these days, [re]drive external hard drive is made with recyclable aluminum and – can you get any ‘greener’ than this – renewable, naturally-grown bamboo. These two durable materials are combined to create a unique design that keeps your external hard drive cool, without the use of fans.

Like other external hard drives, it a Plug-and-play, and it comes with an Energy Star-qualified power adapter. Internally [re]drive has 500 GB hard drive for your storage use. It has Turbo USB 2.0 on board which is 25% faster than USB 2.0 (also compatible with USB 2.0, 1.1 ) and a backup software. Outside, you can see the bamboo lining the drive which also serves as cover. The chassis is made of aluminum, one of the most recycled materials today. [re]drive is PC and Mac compatible
