

Fabrik’s SimpleTech has just upgraded a line of current external HDD’s to come with a Quad Interface. The SimpleTech Pro Drive and the Duo Pro Drive external HDD’s now come equipped with eSATA, FireWire 800, FireWire 400 and USB 2.0 interfaces to allow more connectivity options for users.
The new upgrade allows users to use the SimpleTech Pro Drive and Duo Pro Drive to handle faster data transfer rates. With the eSATA, the SimpleTech external drives now can handle data transfer rates for up to 3Gbps. For desktop systems that lack this faster connectivity option, SimpleTech has the ProSpeed eSATA PCI adapter card available to take care of this.
The SimpleTech Pro Drive is available in 500, 750 and 1000 GB models while the Duo Pro Drive comes with 1000, 1500 and 2000 GB models for massive data storage capabilities. Not only that, the connectivity upgrade now provide these external drives with better performance and data handling capabilities.
