OCZ Technology Group Introduces Alchemy Illuminati Backlit Keyboard

OCZ Technology Group, one of the top manufacturers of high performance memory and components recently introduced the latest addition to their Alchemy line of peripherals – the Illuminati Backlit Keyboard.

Designed to exapand OCZ’s peripherals, the Alchemy Illuminati Keyboard is equipped with fairly useful features which include rubber coated keys for improved comfort while working or playing.

It also boasts of 14 quick launch keys for easy, one-touch multimedia and internet access, as well as to make managing your music, video and web apps as hassle-free as possible.

And of course the LED backlighting which aims at making it easier for users to uses the keyboard in the dark. The Illuminati keyboard also offers 2 backlight color options, red and blue.

The Illuminati is also bot bad to look at – a sleek black, with keys neatly set up, unlike the gimmicky arrangements of other keyboards. According to the press release, the keys last up to more than 5 million cycles. I give them points for the extra space at the bottom where you can rest the bottom of your palm. This backlit keyboard is compatible with Windows XP (SP2 or later) and Windows Vista.

With the Illuminati backlit keyboard, and the entire Alchemy series, OCZ aims at giving PC users what they’re looking for, at a reasonable price. We are still waiting for pricing and availability from OCZ Technology Group.
