The SmartQ5a, which is being sold by China’s E World, is pre-installed with Android 1.5 and packed with features like a 4.3-inch touchscreen, 128MB RAM, 1GB Flash memory, microSD card slot, WiFi, and USB 2.0. This Smart MID is now available in People’s Republic for only US$199.99.
