Sometimes people can be so demanding, wanting to have a laptop that performs like a desktop. Nothing wrong with that really, that is why HP is making one!
HP officially announces its new Pavilion dv8 entertainment laptop that features enhanced computing and full entertainment features, all viewable in its expansive 18.4-inch, 1920 x 1080 display, and powered by a Core i7 processor. Its high-end specs do not end there, as it contains 4GB of expandable RAM, dual 320GB hard drives, NVIDIA GeForce GT230 graphics processor with 1GB RAM, built-in TV tuner and webcam, a Blu-ray drive, Windows 7, and HP’s Long Life battery for good measure. This eco-battery can sustain over a thousand recharges and performs just like new for three years.
We have yet to hear its official release date, but sources say that it will become available in the United Kingdom on October 22 for only 1,300 pounds (about US$2,000).
