Pantech Impact on Sale at AT&T

The Pantech Impact is now available at AT&T. The handset has a fairly unique design – on the outside, you’ll se a keypad with a vibrating feedback and a tiny screen that allows you to access a limited number of menu options; inside this mobile phone has a full QWERTY keypad and a landscape display. The keyboard offers several shortcut options – though the keys are a bit cramped, plus the plastic casing seemed rather flimsy.

The Impact has the following features: a 2-megapixer camera, messaging and e-mail, personal organizer, music player, a speakerphone, voice dialing, USB mass storage, and a full HTML browser. It also supports 3G which provides access to AT&T’s cellular video service.

The Pantech Impact is available in pink or blue for $99.99 with a 2-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. Without a contract, the handset’s full price is $249.99.
