Hello Kitty 13.3-inch LCD TV

Aw… Isn’t that cute?  Another Hello Kitty gadget is now available to feed upon Japan’s undying love for cuteness.

The Hello Kitty 13.3-inch LCD TV has a 1,280 x 800 pixel resolution, LED backlight, all surrounded by a very huge kitty head as its bezel.  The screen can only be adjusted by 55 degrees vertically and 100 degrees from left to right, while brightness is measured at 275nits with a contrast ratio of only 500:1.  Not the most impressive specs, but you know you are not going to buy this for the geeky specs.

The ribbon-shaped remote control features a "kitty button," which pops out Hello Kitty’s beady eyes and cute yellow nose on the screen.  It is a refreshing sight, especially after seeing that TV with its screen off.

The Hello Kitty 13.3-inch LCD TV is now available for only 49,800 yen (around US$565).
