Lenovo announces its pack of new products that will premiere on CES 2010, but what really got our attention is the ThinkPad X100e, its first professional ultraportable laptop that costs just below US$500. The ThinkPad X100e combines the Lenovo hardware with AMD Athlon Neo processors, providing strong multitasking performance that can take on the demands of corporate OS like Windows 7 Professional.
The ThinkPad X100e weighs just under three pounds, has an 11.6-inch HD display, and a full-size keyboard with multitouch touchpad and trackpoint, making navigation a breeze. Other features include 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G connectivity. It also comes in two color choices: Heatwave Red and Midnight Black.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X100e is expected to sell at $449 a pop.
