During his keynote speech at the CES 2010, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer showed up with a tablet PC from HP. Nicknamed the HP Slate, the device was demonstrated during the speech as it ran on Kindle application and played Frogger.
Little is known about the HP Slate except that it has a multitouch display, runs on Windows 7, is as small as a netbook (while folded, which means it would be inexpensive), and will be available later this year.
Not yet satisfied? Check out the official teaser video while we wait for HP people to provide more info.
