
The Puma Phone , the collaborative effort between sports apparel company Puma and luxury smartphone manufacturer Sagem , has been given a rightful introduction at the Mobile World Congress. This “active” smartphone is custom-designed to fit the Puma brand, featuring an integrated solar cell for charging on the go.
On the outside, we a 2.8-inch QVGA TFT capacitive touchscreen display and a 3.2-megapixel camera with LED flash and 6x zoom. The software, meanwhile, is packed with GPS, compass, video calling, Bluetooth, music player, integrated radio, geotagging, and a bunch of sports-related features like pedometer and stopwatch.
The Puma Phone will be available in Europe beginning in April. Pricing and availability will be announced on a later date.
