Nowadays, slimmer TV is better TV; and LG knows that. The company introduces two TV sets in Korea called “Skinny Frame” mainly because of its 25mm bezels around the panel. It may not be thin enough for some, but it certainly not as thick as its predecessors.
The Skinny Frame comes in 50-inch and 60-inch flat screens, with 600Hz refresh rates, automatic contrast adjustment, full HD resolution, 3 HDMI ports, and a USB port (perfect for sharing digital photos and videos). LG has released both Skinny Frame models initially in home country Korea, costing 1,700,000 won (US$1,500) for the 50-inch model and 3,800,000 won ($3,325) for the 60-inch version.
