A Wristwatch with a Floating Tourbillon

Watchmaker Thomas Prescher comes up with a one-off art wristwatch that only displays the tourbillon, calendar, time, and oscillating weights.  The movement is completely hidden at the sides, making the tourbillon appear as if floating right at the middle of the watch.  The tourbillon is wound by spinning the flat plate on the bottom.  The time can be viewed through the cylinders on top, while the date can be seen at the bottom of the watch.  The ball in between the time cylinders is actually displays the moon’s phase in three-dimensional form.

How much does it cost?  We doubt if this will go on sale, but people with brave souls—and very deep pockets—may want to ask the manufacturer directly .
