Engadget has revealed that Nokia will be unveiling a new device called the N8 in mid-April. Also known as Nokia N87, it features a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, a 12-megapixel camera, and runs on the new Symbian^2 OS. Its camera can record video clips in 720p resolution and 30 frames per second with HDMI out so users can easily share the moments they captured.
It is said that the N8 will not be revealed on any upcoming trade shows, but on Nokia’s Annual general Meeting in Helsinki.
Meanwhile, a Chinese blog has leaked photos of what could be the Nokia N8, although the author labeled it as the “Nokia N98.”
