Thanko Wristband Battery

Thanko is at it again with their unusual yet usable products. This time around, they unveil this Wristband Battery, a convenient way for people on the go to keep their portable gadgets juiced up.

The wristband houses a 1500mAh lithium-ion batter and it can be used for PSP, Nintendo DS Lite, iPods from third-gen and up, as well as several Japanese cell phones. Company claims that the battery can keep a DS Lite, on the highest brightness setting, powered on for up to 12 hours and the PSP for up to 4.5 hours. The gadget weighs 80 grams and can be charged to your computer using a USB 2.0 port for up to four hours.

It is now available, but only in Japan, for only 3,980 yen (about US$45). The battery includes five different adapters for various compatible devices.
