Opera Pokes Fun of Chrome Speed Test, Makes Their Own

The people of Opera tries to prove that their browser is just as fast, if not faster, than Google Chrome by creating their own speed test. However, unlike the Chrome that sets the tater into a cutter and turned into freedom fries before you say “What the heck,”the Scandinavian testers poke fun on the Google Chrome speed test by proving that the rendering speed of the Opera is faster than boiling a potato. It makes you wonder which browser is faster if you place them side by side, without the potatoes or any other distractions.

In a related news, Opera Mini has experienced 70 percent growth over the month of April, significantly after the mobile browser is accepted to the iPhone. Over 2.6 million Apple users worldwide downloaded the app.
