Texas Instruments does not want to get left behind in the tablet wars, so they make their own. They call it Blaze and it features a 10.4-inch screen with 1024 x 768 resolution, an in-house OMAP4430 1GHz processor, 1GB memory, built-in cellular modem, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and even a FM radio. Why? We don’t know.
The manufacturer even claims that the Blaze tablet computer will also support new features and apps like multiple external cameras and external pico projector.
The tablet will become available in August. However, it targets developers instead of consumers. Apparently, Texas Instruments wants the developers to toy with the gadget for some time as they test the Blaze development platform.
