Forget expensive iPhone bumpers. We have learned from Oliver Nelson of iPhone Guru that those rubber wristbands cyclists wear can work just as fine. All you need to do is to have one baller band, then create a 1.125-inch long by 0.125-inch wide incision, and stretch the band around the iPhone 4 antennae. Make sure to place the incision above the 30-pin port.
And there you go, a rocking new bumper for you iPhone 4 without the shockingly-expensive price.
