Dell Introduces Netbook that Flips into a Tablet

Dell has unveiled its Inspiron Duo, a 10.1-inch “netbook-tablet hybrid” that has a screen that can be flipped around so it can be used either as a netbook or a tablet computer. It features a dual-core Intel Atom N550 processor, 2GB of RAM, a Broadcom Crystal HD accelerator, 250GB of storage space, capacitive touchscreen with 1,366 x 768 resolutuion, and Windows 7 Home Premium.

According to Dell, pre-order will begin sometime soon, while shipping will start on first week of December. The base model of the Dell Inspiron Duo starts at US$549.
