Nike Air Zoom Alpha Talon Cleat

Nike has introduced a new line of cleat to give American football a some added performance to the players. The Air Zoom Alpha Talon, which was introduced days ago, features an adaptive traction system wherein the cleat would actually extend or retract depending on the pressure applied by the player’s foot. This provides players more traction as they run towards the sideline.

It also has a mid-cut silhouette to support the player’s ankles; extra-durable Kevlar laces; abrasion-resistant collar; and Phylom foam on the sole for lightweight cushioning and added comfort.

The cleat will be introduced on New Year’s Day, as the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs gear up with it.
