Garmin Forerunner 610 Touchscreen GPS Watch

Wristwatches are now being designed nowadays not just to tell time anymore. They are now being equipped with other functions that make them even more useful than ever before. And it won’t hurt giving them some bit of upgrade as well, much like what the new Garmin Forerunner 610 GPS Watch offers.

Garmin recently came out with its new Forerunner 610 GPS Watch. Primarily designed for avid runners, it features a touchscreen display to navigate through the features of the watch instead of the usual buttons found on the sides. Now, that is a welcome upgrade. Aside from that the Forerunner 610 GPS Watch can also provide runners with info about their pace, distance and time when running. It can also be used to monitor heart rate as well as track training intensity when following a fitness program. And a watch that is weather-proof, it is quite worthy for wearing outdoors, even while running in the rain. The Garmin Forerunner 610 is available at Garmin for US$350.
