Flip Clock Wrist Watch

Wearing wrist watches that simply tell time may not be enough for some people. Wearing a wrist watch that tell time in a more striking manner will. Wearing this new Flip Clock Wrist Watch will actually be just one choice for such people.

The Flip Clock Wrist Watch may be a tad different from that usual digital watch that most people seem to wear. This unique wrist watch makes use of two sided rotors that flip from one side to the other in order to create an illusion of a digital display. This action is based on the usual flip-disc displays usually found in buses and trains.

The face of the Flip Clock Wrist Watch is decked by Swarovski crystals. The movable rotors flip to its non-crystal side when activated by an electromagnetic field. This forms a contrast with the surrounding crystals, making it form recognizable digital numerals. It can be worn as the watch shows the passing seconds, minutes and hours. Or it can be worn with just a full crystal face, only showing the time at a push of a button. The Flip Clock Wrist Watch is available at Hammacher Schlemmer for US$200.
