There are two things every society has a hard time integrating: technology and fashion. At least one clothing company in San Francisco is trying.

Alphyn Industries launched its new line of functional clothing that enables wearers to use their beloved gadget without having to hold onto them or bury them in pockets. The clothing line comes in jackets, shirts, and pants, all featuring some thing to store your gadgets and access them without having to pull them off. The PADX-1 Ledge Wearcom, for instance, is a lightweight pullover that comes with a zip-up kangaroo pouch that fits a tablet computer. The wearer simply opens the pouch to use the tablet and not having to worry about it falling off, thanks to its patented technology that distributes the weight of the tablet with straps that cross the back and shoulders.

Meanwhile, the SOMA-1 Wearcom (pictured) is a lightweight and water-resistant jacket that comes with a plastic wrist compartment where an iPhone or any other touch screen phone can be stored. Other products currently on sale include pants and shorts that have smartphone-friendly pouches on the front of leg instead of a pocket.

You can find more about Alphyn on its official website.
