Among the many kitchen utensils, probably one of the most useful yet hard to store items is the hand whisk. People use them for thickening up soups or mixtures and even beat eggs to perfection. But then again, the whisk can be quite a hassle to store, as its common design makes it to occupy quite a lot of valuable space in that kitchen drawer. Well, the Bloom Retractable Whisk will aim to resolve such issues.

The Bloom Retractable Whisk is a simple and yet quite a welcoming design addition. The Bloom features a retractable, double balloon head that help introduce more air into food. It also comes with silicone coating to make it ideal for use even on coated cooking utensils. The balloon head can be removed for easy cleaning and can be retracted for easy storage when not in use. Designed by Jay Hyun Kim, the Bloom Retractable Whisk is available at the Quirky Shop for pre-sale at US$12.
