But they can’t be fun most of the time. You can try out this new SpyNet Laser Trip Wire to give you that added level of security, but on the fun side.

The SpyNet Laser Trip Wire is taken out of those spy adventures that you see in movies. It is basically a laser security system that uses a Class 1 laser. The Laser Unit sends out a laser beam that is received by two Mirror Units and a Receiver Unit. A break in the line of the laser causes the alarm on the units to sound and alert you of a security breach. It is powered by 6 AAA batteries and is designed as a toy. So don’t take this security system too seriously because it is built to be fun. But it does really work. The SpyNet Laser Trip Wire is available at ThinkGeek for US$40.
