Amoeba Modular USB Flash Drive Concept

USB flash drives are not only quite common as a portable storage device nowadays. It also comes in different shapes and sizes. While variety is truly evident in the availability of such flash drives, there is still other ways to further make it more updated for the increasing demands of its users. Probably a good concept for this is one being offered by the Amoeba Modular USB Flash Drive.

The Amoeba Modular USB Flash Drive is a design concept developed by Hyunsoo Song from SADI. It offers a means to separate different files according to whether they are for public or private access. Consider it as a partitioned USB flash drive. It consists of three flash drives that can be connected to one another to make up a single unit. Users can then store files into the different partitioned flash drives. This way files can be easily separated into public and private access files. If a user has to share an important stored file to a colleague, all he needs to do is remove the flash drive containing the public access drive. Private files remain in the hands of the user.

The Amoeba Modular USB Flash Drive is quite a simple and yet highly functional concept device. People would surely find it a convenient choice for a portable storage device, especially for those who frequently share their USB flash drive to others.
