Honda Micro Commuter Car Concept

As far as concept car goes, the Japanese have been introducing quite a number of interesting ones lately. At the recent Tokyo Motor Show, a number of concept cars have been put on display. One of the more interesting ones is the new Honda Micro Commuter Car Concept.

The Honda Micro Commuter provides a unique and fun look to what a concept car would look like. It is a compact car design that is supposed to accommodate 3 passengers, a driver and two other people sitting at the back. It runs on an eco-friendly electric motor and uses joystick controls to maneuver the car instead of the usual steering wheel.

The Honda Micro Commuter also comes with interchangeable panels on the outside to give users the ability to customize the car according to their own preference. What is more interesting about this car concept from Honda is that users can control various functions of the Honda Micro Commuter using their smartphones. Honda doesn’t specify what these functions are but the smartphone integration alone is a unique and interesting concept to use for cars of the future. It may still be a concept car, but the Honda Micro Commuter might just drum up some interest in people who might wish for a fun and cool car to try out in the near future.
