There are not much gamepads for the iPad, but this one has promise. The 60Beat has introduced its namesake gamepad that works for iOS devices and is connected to the headphone jack. There are not much games that support the technology, but how it works is simple: the 60Beat GamePad sends signals through the device’s microphone jack.
The package includes the gamepad, with its four-foot cable, and an audio splitter. The resin-made gamepad is colored white with black joysticks and buttons.
The 60Beat GamePad is now available online for $50. The price may be a bit steep, but iPad gamers know how hard it is to control run and jump games with just a touch screen. You can view the video to see how it works.
