Kodak continues its patent trolling ways. After slapping Apple and HTC with patent infringement complaints, the cash-strapped imaging company sets its sights on Samsung.
In a press statement released by Kodak, the company has filed a federal suit in the Western District of New York that accuses Samsung and some of its tablets of infringing five of Kodak’s digital imaging patents. The patents in question cover different image capture and transmission technologies, such as taking and sending images through e-mail as well as transferring digital images over a cellular network.
