BOXX Electric Bike

With fuel prices going up and up, it seems that modes of transportation using renewable energy is gaining more and more interest, particularly of the electric kind. Along with those electric cars now entering into the consumer market, the two-wheeled kind is also getting in on the act as well. One of the recent ones to come out is this unique BOXX Electric Bike.

The BOXX Electric Bike may not be what most people consider as a common mode of two-wheeled transport. Its look certainly does take greatly from its name. Its simple box-shape design covers machinery that is capable of reaching speed of up to 35 miles per hour even with added cargo of up to 300 pounds. It is just under a meter long and around 120 pounds in weight. And of course, it runs on electricity. The BOXX Electric Bike is available at the BOXX Corporation for the basic price of US$3995.
