Texas Instruments does not want to get left behind in the tablet wars, so they make their own. They call it Blaze and it features a 10.4-inch screen with 1024 x 768 resolution, an in-house OMAP4430 1GHz processor, 1GB memory, built-in cellular modem, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and even a FM radio. In an unlikely fashion, Samsung has unveiled its very own tablet device in a tweet on Samsung Blog South Africa. Formerly referred to as the “S-Pad,” the Samsung Galaxy Tab (the one on the right) features a 7-inch high-resolution screen (which is said to be AMOLED), runs on Android, and comes with Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface.
