Had these for my iPod, but when it died (and Apple decided to stop making the iPod) I was desperate for a connection adapter. Luckily I found Blackbox made a set for non-iPod music players. They are perfect. I use them when travelling on the train, and when I don't want to watch what everyone else is watching on telly, and they really are noise cancelling. I get zero interference, which is perfect.

At the current price these sell for i am very happy with these headphones, they are comfortable with good base and volume, handy bag for your bits and all the options for connectivity i would want for.

These are a great idea and I would have loved for them to work but, for some reason, they just dont perform like noise-CANCELING headphones should. A step in the right direction but not quite there yet. I have a pair of Philips earhook earbuds that are just noise-isolating and they perform just as well, really. $50 US.
